2. Delivery Information
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT+8 will be processed the same business day. Orders after this time will be processed the next business day.

- Full rates are displayed in real-time at checkout.
4. Taxes & Duties
- Sales Tax: Product prices include applicable sales taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, or state taxes).
- Import Duties: Recipients are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage charges. We do not cover or estimate these costs.
